Objectives

The Teacher Professional Development Training Program (TPDTP) has been designed to: further develop the competence of teaching staff at Tishk International University; promote effective practices in the education process; stimulate effective strategies for student learning; and enhance research productivity and outputs. The training program was mainly devoted to newly recruited staff as well as those who identified the topic items below to improve as part of the self-assessment process initiated in 2017-2018 by the Quality Assurance office.
