Following the initial statistical analysis of the Continuous Academic Development programme
of all teaching staff, the Quality Assurance unit organized a sharing experience event on
Wednesday 31 st January, 2018. The aim of the event was to allow some fellow lecturers with
outstanding performance during the fall term to share their thoughts, ideas, contributions and
techniques on time management, publishing, work overload controlling, etc. Sharing
experience would definitely help inspire other colleagues and enhance better academic
performance.
The event started with an introduction by Dr Sameerah T. Saeed, Director of Quality
Assurance, and followed by four presentations by:
